Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website itsd.gr or engaging with the services of IT Servant Leaders LP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, clients, candidates, and partners who interact with IT Servant Leaders LP in any capacity.

Services
IT Servant Leaders LP provides the following professional services:
- Project Management — delivery of IT projects using Agile and Servant Leadership methodologies
- IT Recruitment — permanent, contract, RPO, and global placement services for technology professionals
- Training — PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PSM, PRINCE2) and AI Adoption programs
- Additional Services — Legal for IT, Technical/Commercial consulting, and Forensic analysis
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work between IT Servant Leaders LP and the client. These Terms apply in the absence of, or in addition to, such an agreement.
IT Recruitment
When engaging IT Servant Leaders LP for recruitment services, the following terms apply:
- Submission of a CV or professional profile does not constitute or guarantee placement in any role.
- All candidate data is treated with strict confidentiality and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Candidate profiles will not be shared with any third party without explicit prior consent.
- IT Servant Leaders LP acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the outcome of any hiring process.
- Clients engaging our RPO or staffing services agree to provide timely feedback and comply with applicable labor law.
Training Services
Our training programs, including PM certification preparation and AI Adoption workshops, are delivered by certified professionals and subject-matter experts. The following terms apply:
- Training materials provided are for the exclusive personal use of the enrolled participant.
- Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of training materials is strictly prohibited.
- Completion of a training program does not guarantee passing any external certification exam.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified per program at the time of enrollment.
Intellectual Property
All content on itsd.gr — including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, frameworks, and training materials — is the intellectual property of IT Servant Leaders LP or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from IT Servant Leaders LP. All trademarks and logos appearing in the 'Founder's Professional Experience' section belong exclusively to their respective owners. Reference to them concerns the creator's previous professional experience (under the status of hired work or indirect collaboration) and does not constitute any kind of approval, sponsorship or active commercial relationship".
Limitation of Liability
IT Servant Leaders LP provides consultancy, recruitment, and training services on a professional best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- IT Servant Leaders LP is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our consultancy advice or training materials.
- We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on our recommendations.
- Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
IT Servant Leaders LP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
